Athlonsports.com released its 2015 All-America teams on Thursday and several Sooners and one Cowboy are on the list.
OU has two offensive players and two defensive players on Athlon's All-America squads. Linebacker Eric Striker and defensive back Zack Sanchez lead the way as second-team All-America selections. Running back Samaje Perine and wide receiver Sterling Shepard are each on Athlon's fourth-team offense.
