NORMAN — Brady Manek didn’t score during the decisive stretch of Saturday’s 79-72 win by No. 9 OU over Iowa State.
But Manek’s fingerprints were all over the Sooners’ 11-0 run that took them from down one with 9:12 to go to ahead by double figures with less than five minutes remaining.
Manek had perhaps his most complete game as a Sooner — nine points, a career-high 15 rebounds and a career-high tying four assists — to help the Sooners to their sixth win in seven games.
Manek helped create the final eight points of the decisive run.
