Oklahoma didn’t seem to have an answer to what the Cardinal was doing, and nothing was falling the Sooners’ way. OU shot just 37.7 percent from the floor and 23.5 percent from 3-point range.
2. Slow start hurts OU
The Sooners have been slow to get going on offense all season, often going back and forth with teams in the first half before pulling away in the second half. But Monday night, Oklahoma was hurt by its trend of slow starts.
Oklahoma went down 17-0 to start the game, missing open shots and being unable to stop the Cardinal.
