No. 7 Oklahoma went to Hawaii to take on No. 9 Villanova as they continue their tough non-conference schedule and head home with a 78-55 rout of the Wildcats in the Pearl Harbor Invitational.
The event was about much more than basketball, with veterans of the attack on Pearl Harbor and World War II honored during each break in the game action.
The basketball, though, was phenomenal on the Sooners' side.
Here are three observations from the win:
1. Isaiah Cousins has a career game
The senior from Mount Vernon, N.Y., has scored more in his career but Monday was the best all-around game.
