NORMAN—The revenge tour continues for Oklahoma.
The Sooners will take on Clemson in the Orange Bowl on New Year’s Eve at Sun Life Stadium, it was announced Sunday morning.
During its seven-game winning streak since falling to Texas on Oct. 10, Oklahoma has beaten four teams that beat the Sooners last year.
The only one that remains is Clemson, who beat OU 40-6 in last year’s Russell Athletic Bowl.
“That loss was really embarrassing and hurt,” Sooners linebacker Eric Striker said last week. “But I’m really proud of where we are today and where we are now as far as our goals were.
