NORMAN — Sooners offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh was careful not to say why several of his players had missed practice time recently, though he talked Wednesday generally about the challenges of coaching during the COVID-19 pandemic and about the ways the Sooners were keeping players who had tested positive for the virus engaged during their quarantine periods.
“For whatever reason, they can Zoom call into the meeting so they’re engaged with every meeting,” Bedenbaugh said. “I talk to those guys every single day, I have them watch tape. They guys that aren’t here, they can watch practice, Zoom, watch practice and then they watch it on their own.
