Oklahoma, after its 52-14 win against West Virginia, held steady at No. 5 in the latest AP Poll released Sunday.
There was shuffling ahead of the Sooners. Alabama and LSU stayed at No. 1 and No. 2, but Ohio State jumped Clemson for the No. 3 spot. Clemson fell to No. 4.
Baylor checked in at No. 14, followed by Texas at No. 15. Iowa State is back in the poll at No. 23 following its 34-24 win at Texas Tech.
