Oklahoma still hasn't announced its quarterback for the upcoming season.
But the Sooners now have their quarterback for the 2017 class.
Chris Robison, who attended an OU satellite camp in Texas recently, committed to the Sooners on Friday. He announced his decision on Twitter.
The 6-foot-1, 183-pound Robison had offers that included Oklahoma State, TCU, Houston, Kansas and Tulsa.
The Mesquite (Texas) Horn product is a four-star recruit according to Rivals.com.
Robison is from the same school as sophomore offensive lineman Jonathan Alvarez.
His commitment came shortly after 2017 Denton (Texas) Guyer quarterback Chris Robinson committed to TCU.
