NORMAN — Oklahoma senior defensive end Charles Tapper will be the first to tell you his junior season was a disappointment.
"Last year, I stopped myself more than it was people stopping me,” said Tapper, whose sack and tackle for loss numbers each dropped from 2013 (5.5 sacks, 9.5 tackles for loss) to 2014 (3, 7.5).
