OU football: OneCard Swipe logs, security footage identify Sunderland in alleged burglary

NORMAN — After turning himself in for a misdemeanor charge in Oklahoma County on Wednesday morning, Will Sunderland was charged with second-degree burglary in Cleveland County on Wednesday night.

The felony charge is related to the misdemeanor charge of concealing stolen property after Sunderland, who was indefinitely suspended from the football team Monday night, entered the room of freshmen baseball players Brady Lindsly and Braden Minor and allegedly took XBOX One, Playstation and accessories to the game systems on March 15. Lindsly and Minor were with the baseball team in Georgia during the alleged robbery.

According to the affidavit submitted by OUPD, Sunderland was seen on recorded video using a OneCard Swipe to enter Headington Hall, and his identity was later confirmed by the OneCard Swipe log.
