LUBBOCK, Texas — As Oklahoma players filed out of the locker room after Saturday's 66-59 Sooners win, it wasn't hard to separate the offensive and defensive players.
The offensive players for the most part were tired but happy, smiling and displaying pride after scoring nine touchdowns to escape the hostile environment of Jones AT&T Stadium with a wild win.
Defensive players' reactions were much different.
Sooner defenders walked slower, tired out by Texas Tech's 109 offensive plays. Linebacker Ogbonnia Okoronkwo was helped from the locker room by Emergency Medical Technicians and later had to be taken by stretcher to get fluids.
