Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy grouped the NCAA transfer portal with religion and politics Tuesday morning.
“I don’t even think it’s worth commenting on, because you’re gonna get such a mixed reaction from people," Gundy said.
The reactions were truly mixed among coaches on the Big 12 teleconference.
Lincoln Riley's thoughts on the divisive portal weren't as pointed as Gundy's, but the Oklahoma coach hoped for continued evolution and tweaks to the system. One in particular.
"The part about it I still have a hard time with is that you don't have to come tell your coach if you're gonna get in it," Riley said.
