NORMAN — Jim Zorn is a head coach again.
Like Bob Stoops, Zorn will coach in the XFL in 2020 — Stoops with Dallas and Zorn in Seattle.
But over the last couple of months, one of Zorn’s focuses was getting former Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray prepared for the NFL Draft.
Thursday, Murray’s destination will become known during the first round of the NFL Draft in Nashville.
Murray is widely considered the top quarterback in the class, and many expect he’ll be the first overall pick — either by the Arizona Cardinals or a team that would trade with the Cardinals to take Murray at the top.
