Kyler Murray apparently knows basketball, too. The former Oklahoma quarterback and first-round NFL and MLB draft pick was selected Tuesday by the Harlem Globetrotters in their 13th annual player draft.
Murray was one of five picks, joining another player with Oklahoma ties.
Former Edmond Santa Fe standout DaQuan Jeffries was also selected. Jeffries was a third-team American Athletic Conference pick last season at Tulsa. He finished his senior year by winning the college slam dunk contest at the Final Four in Minneapolis.
Former college stars Tacko Fall and Kristine Anigwe were also picked, along with two-time Academy Award winning actor Mahershala Ali.
