Oklahoma offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley rejected out of hand the idea that the next two games — against Big 12 bottom dwellers Kansas and Iowa State — are “tune-up” games for the Sooners' rough three-game stretch to end the season.
“Nope,” Riley said. “I'm gonna try like hell to beat Kansas this week. Everybody wants to make it think like that, but that's a dream world. These guys have got scholarship players. They've got good coaches.
“That's a dream world. If we live in that world, then we'll get beat.”
