Jalen Hurts has yet to be named Oklahoma's starting quarterback, but he's already on the radar for one of college football's most prestigious awards.
The Walter Camp Football Foundation announced Friday that the Alabama transfer is one of its 40 players to watch for its national player of the year award.
There are 30 offensive players, including 16 quarterbacks, on the preseason list.
Oklahoma State receiver Tylan Wallace also made the list.
