A "Horns Down" hand gesture might be penalized Saturday in Arlington, Texas, but that hasn't stopped Lamar Advertising from spreading the symbol on billboards in Oklahoma City.
Lamar tweeted out photos Thursday afternoon of digital billboards with various "Horns Down" depictions.
The gesture has been a heated topic this week. Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley has instructed his players not to flash the signal, in fear that that it could lead to a penalty.
