NORMAN — About 60 miles east of TCU's Amon G. Carter Stadium on Saturday afternoon, Rodney Webb figures to have the TV on and a smile plastered across his face when Oklahoma takes on the Horned Frogs. It's likely that when the Sooners go out for their first offensive series that two of his former players — Erick Wren and Jonathan Alvarez — will jog out together. A junior, Alvarez is the veteran, having started 13 games over the last two seasons. Wren, a senior who until Monday was a walk-on, is the newcomer having played just three games at OU before this season.
