OU football: Four-star DB Jeremiah Criddell flashes Horns Down as he commits to Sooners

Oklahoma came into the early signing period with 19 commitments. The Sooners added a 20th Wednesday as four-star defensive back Jeremiah Criddell committed to OU on ESPN2's National Signing Day show.

Criddell, 5-foot-11 and 188 pounds, punctuated his announcement by saying "Boomer Sooner" and flashing the Horns Down hand signal.

Criddell attends Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. He's the 12th-ranked safety in the 2019 class and the 124th-ranked overall prospect, according to the 247Sports composite.

He picked Oklahoma over Oregon, the school he was previously committed to. Criddell decommitted from the Ducks on Nov.
