OU football: Five things to watch during Sooners spring game

NORMAN — Not all of Oklahoma's stars will be on display Saturday for the spring football game. Players such as Samaje Perine and Charles Walker are out with injury, and other players with significant experience are expected to be held out of full-contact portions of the scrimmage.

But there'll still be plenty to keep an eye on during the game, which starts at 2 p.m.

Here are five things to watch:

1. Austin Kendall and Kyler Murray

While starting quarterback Baker Mayfield doesn't figure to see much action, the battle for the starting quarterback spot in 2017 has already begun between these two.
