Caleb Kelly will be back for the Sooners next season.
The senior linebacker announced his intention to stay and play for Oklahoma next season after the Sooners' 63-28 loss in the Peach Bowl.
"I’ll definitely come back," Kelly said. "I’ve talked with coaches, everybody. I’ll for sure be coming back.
"The dilemma was if we went to the national championship. There’s no dilemma anymore."
Kelly missed most of the season recovering from an injury he sustained during the spring. He made his first appearance against TCU, and the Peach Bowl was his fourth game of the season, keeping his redshirt season intact.
