NORMAN — Oklahoma nickelback Brendan Radley-Hiles’ 2019 season ended in the worst way possible.
With an ejection for targeting.
Radley-Hiles received the penalty from an unnecessary hit in the second quarter of the Sooners’ 62-38 loss to LSU in the Peach Bowl.
He then spent the past nine months reflecting on his mistake. He believes he’s learned from it.
“I believe as a man, you have to take your ills and turn them into lessons and I feel as if I did that,” Radley-Hiles said. “I understand where I was wrong and I've grown from it.
