Thursday before the College Football Awards Show, Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops and two of the other three coaches in the College Football Playoff were asked how they handled practice after their lone loss of the season.
The Sooners, Alabama and Michigan State all lost one game while Clemson — the team OU faces in the Orange Bowl — went undefeated.
“You know what I noticed immediately? As much energy as any practice we've ever had and it was from the start of stretch,” Stoops said. “When we broke to go to individual, guys had all kinds of energy.
