OU football: Alex Grinch a big part of Bishop McGuinness linebacker Brynden Walker's commitment to Sooners

NORMAN — If someone had told Brynden Walker three years ago that by December of his senior of high school he’d be signing his National Letter of Intent to play fo Oklahoma, he’d have thought that person was crazy.

Walker’s recruitment process has been long and exciting but difficult at times. That process will end on Wednesday when the three-star linebacker from Bishop McGuinness signs his NLI to Oklahoma.

Walker was originally committed to Oklahoma State, but flipped to Oklahoma over the summer. Changing his commitment from the Cowboys to the Sooners wasn’t an easy decision, and Walker prayed about it a lot.
