Oklahoma added just one player during Wednesday’s second signing period for the 2019 class — linebacker David Ugwoegbu.
That brings OU’s total of new players in the recruiting class to 24, one short of the NCAA limit.
On paper, the Sooners are right at the 85-scholarship limit although Lee Morris is a former walk-on, two players are in the transfer portal and Nick Basquine is waiting to hear on a potential sixth season of eligibility.
