Oklahoma defensive tackle commit Perrion Winfrey moved up to the No. 1 spot in 247sports.com's rankings of the top 50 junior college players in the 2020 class.
Winfrey, who will play this season at Iowa Western, committed to the Sooners in June, becoming the biggest defensive commitment yet for Alex Grinch's defense.
He had 27 tackles — 14 for a loss — and four sacks last season for the Reivers.
