OU basketball: Trae Young to participate in NBA All-Star skills competition

Atlanta Hawks rookie and former Oklahoma star Trae Young will participate in the NBA All-Star weekend skills competition, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Young will show off his passing, dribbling and shooting skills in drills against Dallas Mavericks rookie Luka Doncic and Sacramento Kings second-year guard De'Aaron Fox.

The skills competition will be part of All-Star Saturday on Feb. 16 in Charlotte.

Young is averaging 15.9 points and 7.3 assists in almost 30 minutes per game for the Hawks.
