Coming off a Final Four appearance, Oklahoma opens its season with a new-look roster Sunday against Northwestern State.
Here is a look at what to watch for as the Sooners' season begins:
Where will the scoring come from? Oklahoma lost three starters that had started every game over the last three seasons for the Sooners. In losing Buddy Hield, Isaiah Cousins and Ryan Spangler, most of Oklahoma's offensive punch from recent years is gone. Christian James had a strong NCAA Tournament and Jordan Woodard has been a solid scorer, though the scoring figures to be much more balanced this year with several freshmen who could be consistent scorers.
