The Buddy Hield Experience's Oklahoma finale was a memorable one Sunday night.
Hield took over in the second half, scoring 29 of his 36 points in the second half as second-seeded Oklahoma advanced to the Sweet 16 with a 85-81 win over 10th-seeded VCU at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
The Sooners needed every one of Heild's 36 points.
Oklahoma built a big lead early, but the Rams scrapped their way to keep the game close before Hield was just too much in the end.
