NORMAN — Ryan Spangler has said since his arrival at Oklahoma that he had a distaste for orange.
Wednesday, in his final regular-season Bedlam game, Spangler took out that dislike on Oklahoma State.
The senior from Bridge Creek had a career-high 26 points, 14 rebounds and a pair of blocks to lift the No. 3 Sooners to a 71-49 win over the Cowboys at Lloyd Noble Center.
While Spangler has been solid lately, he had been cold from the outside, missing all 12 3-point shots he'd attempted in February.
But the Cowboys gave Spangler room to work on the outside and after Spangler's first 3-pointer fell about five minutes into the game, he got rolling.
