NORMAN — Dante Buford's up-and-down season hit another peak Monday.
Forced into extended playing time thanks to foul trouble by Khadeem Lattin, Buford made the most of his opportunity.
The biggest play came in the closing seconds as Buford drew a charge on Texas' Isaiah Taylor with the game tied and less than 20 seconds remaining to set up Buddy Hield's game-winning 3-pointer in No. 3 Oklahoma's 63-60 win over Texas.
“It is what it is,” Taylor said of the call. “The refs can't decide the game. We've got to do a better job down the stretch making plays.
