NORMAN — Oklahoma center Jamuni McNeace has been back practicing the last two days, and he walked off the court Friday afternoon with a big smile.
"I'm not even in pain anymore," McNeace said. "I'm just trying to get back in game shape now."
The senior big man has been bothered by a right ankle sprain for more than a month. It sidelined him for two games, and the former starter has averaged just 10 minutes per game in his last four outings.
But when Oklahoma hosts Oklahoma State at 1 p.m. Saturday, McNeace said he'll be as close to full go as he's been since late November.
