COLUMBIA, S.C. — Rest has treated Jamuni McNeace well.
The senior center was "full go" in Oklahoma's Thursday morning practice at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina. OU and Ole Miss will tip off in the first round of the NCAA Tournament at 11:40 a.m. Friday.
"I have a little more bounce than I have been," McNeace said.
McNeace, who's been bothered by a right ankle sprain since November, suffered a new injury in the same leg during last week's Big 12 Tournament.
"He's a guy that needs athleticism," coach Lon Kruger said.
