Longtime Oklahoma assistant coach Chris Crutchfield was announced Friday as the new associate head coach at Arkansas.
Crutchfield was on Lon Kruger's original OU staff, having spent the last eight seasons in Norman. Now he'll join first-year Arkansas coach Eric Musselman in Fayetteville. Musselman replaced former Arkansas coach Mike Anderson.
"We’re incredibly grateful for Coach Crutchfield and his family during his eight seasons on our staff," Kruger said in a statement. "He was a vital part of our team as both a coach and mentor of young men. Eric Musselman was on our staff in Atlanta and has remained close with our family and staff.
