Oklahoma kept its baseball season alive in a big way, run-ruling Big 12 regular-season champion Texas Tech 17-4 in seven innings in the Big 12 Tournament on Friday at Bricktown Ballpark.
Alex Wise drove in five runs and every batter in the Sooners lineup except one had multiple hits.
The Sooners (30-26-1) will play West Virginia at 9 a.m. Saturday and must beat the Mountaineers twice to advance to Sunday's championship game.
After being held to just two hits in the tournament opener Wednesday against West Virginia, the Sooners have combined for 30 hits in the last two games including 17 in the win over Tech.
