University of Oklahoma President David Boren doesn't see the Big 12 voting to add a conference championship next game next week during meetings in Irving.
Boren's comments Thursday came a day after Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby expressed similar sentiments to CBS Sports, saying the chances of a title game vote are "no better than 50-50." As the result of an NCAA vote earlier this month, the Big 12 can now hold a conference title game with 10 teams and one division, if it so chooses.
Big 12 athletic directors are scheduled to meet Feb. 4 followed by the conference's board of directors on Feb.
