A week after a loss to AFC-best Kansas City, Baker Mayfield led the Browns to their third win of the season in convincing fashion at home over the Atlanta Falcons. The former Oklahoma Sooners legend, in his own words when speaking with media after the game, said he woke up “feeling pretty dangerous” on game day, and he wasted little time before unleashing his talents on the shellshocked Falcons from the get-go.
Mayfield began the game completing his first 13 passes and went 17-of-20 overall, amassing 216 passing yards and three touchdowns, along 20 rushing yards on six attempts in the 28-16 win.
