The basketball season obviously didn’t end on a high note, but there could actually be some positive news in the works for the Oklahoma Sooners on the hardwood. Aaron Calixte, the graduate transfer point guard out of Maine, will reportedly visit the Oklahoma campus on Friday, April 13th, which is the day before the Sooners’ Spring Game.
After recent transfer announcements from Kameron McGusty and Jordan Shepherd, picking up Calixte — who averaged nearly 17 PPG and was the lone bright spot on a bad Maine team in 2017-18 — would be a win for Lon Kruger and the program.
