It started as a disaster. Then there were shades of the high-scoring contest in 2016. In the end, the Oklahoma Sooners (8-1, 5-1) managed to escape a raucous environment in Lubbock with a 51-46 win over the Texas Tech Red Raiders (5-4, 3-3).
