In an eventful Week 3 across the NFL, a couple of former Oklahoma Sooners stars enjoyed productive Sunday afternoons, led by Sterling Shepard and DeMarco Murray.
Though the Giants lost an overtime thriller in Philadelphia, Sterling Shepard ran wild on a beaten-up Eagles secondary, finishing with seven receptions for 133 yards along with a 77-yard sprint to the end zone in the fourth quarter. Shep and the G-Men head to Tampa Bay to take on Gerald McCoy’s Buccaneers next week.
DeMarco Murray finally began to resemble his old self after lackluster outings and a hamstring tweak hampered his first two weeks in 2017.
