You're not going to beat Baylor without a strong defensive performance, and even at that its going to be a huge challenge. Scoring points is what the Bears do best, and they are really good at it. Baylor leads the conference in points scored with an average of 57.4 per game. They put the ball in the air for an average of 356.8 yards per contest and grind up yards on the ground at a clip of 6.6 yards per carry, which is the best in the Big 12.
The loss of junior quarterback Seth Russell may have slowed down the Baylor offensive attack a bit, but it certainly didn't come close to derailing it.
