In front of the first sellout crowd at H.A. Chapman Stadium since 2009, the Oklahoma Sooners dominated the Tulsa Golden Hurricane by a score of 66-17. This in-state clash was never in doubt, and despite this being an away game on paper, the crowd was majority crimson.
The Offense
Dillon Gabriel had an exceptional day, setting the tone with a nice pass to Jalil Farooq, who made a man miss and scored the first touchdown of the game. The offense continued rolling early as they jumped out to a 28-0 lead by the end of the first quarter and never looked back.
