The video of Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield’s Feb. 25 arrest in Arkansas has been released. The video shows Fayetteville police tackling the Heisman finalist as he tries to run away. The series of events resulted in charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, fleeing and resisting arrest — all of which were misdemeanor offenses.

Man, that was over and done with much quicker than I had imagined it in my head. Baker made it maybe four steps before he was slammed against the wall and on the ground, which is something that looks painful no matter how intoxicated he was at the time.
