The Oklahoma Sooners debuted on Friday night against Washburn in an exhibition match-up. Looking to pick up where the team left off, a few new faces contributed to the cause as OU eclipsed the 100 point barrier. By the end of the night, the Sooners poured in 112 while holding Washburn to a mere 62.
Turnovers played a major role during four quarters of play as the smothering Oklahoma defensed created 24 of them. Off those 24 turnovers, Buddy Hield and the rest of the crew added 47 points to the scoreboard.
