After topping Florida and falling to Wisconsin in its first two games in the Battle 4 Atlantis, the Oklahoma Sooners closed their trip to the Bahamas with a 65-64 win over the Dayton Flyers. The win improved OU’s record to 5-1 on the season.
Once again, Christian James was superb for the Sooners, scoring 21 points while going 8-15 from the field and 4-8 from deep. Jamuni McNeace, however, might be the x-factor for this team, and he did his part with his length and physicality down low. McNeace ended up with 16 points (7-11) to go along with eight rebounds and three blocks.
