Becoming the second Oklahoma Sooner selected in the 2015 MLB Draft, Jacob Evans heard his named called in the 6th Round by the St. Louis Cardinals. A native of Broken Arrow, OK, Evans quickly became a dependable pitcher under the tutelage of head coach Pete Hughes.

Throughout the regular season, Evans earned a 6-1 record with a 1.67 ERA over 43 innings of work.
