The Oklahoma softball team made history in dominant fashion Wednesday night in Wichita, Kansas.
The top-ranked Sooners run-ruled Wichita State 8-0 in five innings for their program record-breaking 32nd straight win. The victory eclipsed the previous mark set in 2016.
Jocelyn Alo led OU (42-2) at the plate Wednesday. The sophomore went 3 for 3 with two homers and five RBIs.
Sydney Romero hit the 50th homer of her career with a two-run blast in the fourth inning. She is now tied with Keilani Ricketts for the fifth-most home runs in OU history.
