Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray is stirring the pot.
Murray was drafted by the Oakland Athletics at No. 9 overall in the 2018 MLB Draft, but negotiated his way into final season of college football and a chance to start for the Sooners. A few months later, and Murray has arguably been the best quarterback in the nation and is just behind Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa in Heisman odds.
Through the last few months, Murray has yet to confirm publicly that this will be his last season playing football. It's caused some to speculate that he could spurn the A's and return to Oklahoma for a shot at a national title — but what if he has his eyes on a larger prize?
