Oklahoma was coming off a five-loss season capped with an embarrassing performance in the Russell Athletic Bowl. Such a low-point, however, wound up fueling Oklahoma’s hungry dash all the way to the College Football Playoff.
Tuesday, as the Sooners held their third spring practice, the signs of how far they have come in a year surrounded them. The bowled-in skeleton of Oklahoma’s stadium addition to the south end zone -- where club seating has already been sold out -- has been erected.
