The top-ranked Sooner men took on No. 7 Ohio State without the services of All-American Yul Moldauer and redshirt freshman Isamu Ito. Moldauer was being rested by head coach Mark Williams so he will be ready for the postseason run, beginning next weekend, while Ito was in Canada competing in an international event.
Oklahoma fell behind early, but mounted a comeback on the back end to pull ahead of the Buckeyes for a narrow victory, 413.650 to 412.700. It not only completed a fourth straight undefeated season but also the Sooners’ 84th consecutive team victory.
